I bathe in this inferno may it cleanse my twisted soul
as I render all my obstacles to mounds of shapeless coal
and with this burning comes intense pain

that reminds me I'm alive
though there's flames that rage beneath my skin
somehow I still survive


Fire ate my weaknesses now just my strengths survive
the harder that it is for me the better that I thrive

I know I cant be beaten

Because I rise up from these ashes and there's nothing you can do


You tried to kill this phoenix by engulfing it in flame
but you only gave it power and immunity to pain

Demons dance in my mind I refuse their cursed gift
I try to block the pain

but its all in vain
and into darkness I drift
and now this fires burning higher and this pain wont go away

I give a silent scream like some demented dream
I guess that's the price you pay


When these flames begin to burn me I no longer wonder why
The suffering I go through fills my emptiness inside
