Only 12 years old when I started rapping/
Inspired by my uncle david cuz he had a passion/
To be an m.c too, so I felt excited/

He had a home studio, so I thought I'd try it/
He put me in the closet, told me spit a verse/
I Never did b4, so I was alil nervous/

Ha, so I spit alil freestyle/
Yea I choked, and kept going with my feet down/
He burned it on a cd, told me take a listen/

Practice on timing and rhyming, and finding ya rhythm/
So did, I practiced for weeks/
Wrote aa first sing, finally kept on beat/

Next time I went over,we recorded it/
Accomplished my goal of doing something I always wished/
Put my song on MySpace 2 see what ppl thought/

A few friends liked it, most of it was haters talk/
Aient gona lie it hurt, but I tried harder/
Took music serious, got my own studio from my father/

As a birthday gift, never will I forget/
Dat changed my life completely, I thank him for what he did/
5 years later, look @ me now/

Rapping,singing, producing, knowing I make him proud/
Since then, alot of things changed/
Alot of ppl love my music, and im rarely getting hated/
