This boy named Mikey entered the highschool world
He was athletic, smart, and even liked by all the girls

He started switching up the drugs that he was doing

And lil Mikey, he used to be a track star
But now both of Mikey's arms got track marks

So Brittany thought of an idea on losing weight
She started throwing up all of the food she ate
She lost 80 pounds in less than a year

But still thought she was fat when she walked past the mirror
Now just because of some things that some kids said
Brittany was skin and bones, walking round like shes dead

Now shes caught, Brittany's stuck in the loop
Weighing 100 pounds still throwing up her food

So Tommy put the barrel to his head and blew his brains out
