Under dark starry skies and moonlight
I watched how the lies of every day died
Traveling through old forests so deep

In dew and mould climbing ancient hills so steep

Crossing lone valleys and misty stone mountains

As i moan and groan in tone i search for the green grown fountains
Fountains of youth, fountains of wisdom
But the wells don't soothe and dried out in this kingdom


Every stream around and wiry river that i found
I followed to where it wound, I chased it's echo and sound

Ending up wet and nearly drowned or dead on nearly every mount
Astray and astound, on a hunt like a bloodhound,
Acknowlegding my imperfections as i sat in Bloodred led by natures bound


What's left to explore yet, as i sleep with leaves as my bed
Leaves gold and red, as i head on instead of Leaving these wells so dead

My quest is everlasting, while i am grasping, for air, i dare,
To take the final steps into new dephts as i parch and march on to nowhere
I climb new foggy mountains as a rocky stair Towards the guards of light so fair
