These creatures know not the tyrant

His slander echoes from their conscience
It can't be heard


To which they forfeit their transparent selves
Holding their head above yours and everything else


It's all the same, trying to find what's in our way
So hard to change
When deception's in our midst


Enemies tempting me to what brought me to my knees


Rise up and redeem your lust for life
The truth's the cure


Why, oh why must we change
So much to lose yet more to gain
Sanity is what escapes me

No longer will I retain this apathy
