The bright of the night iluminates my armour
My eyes stare and reward it's brightness
The blood of today still darkens my sword

I still hear the echoes through the mountains
Many fell, proved their value
Fighting bravely until the last moment

We honour these pagan souls

Daring men who died for freedom

Now I celebrate with the surviving braves our victory

Soon we´ll be like many of these stars

Memories of ancient warriors that
Although they do not live anymore
Still move us the fact of having once lived
