Look, I see it daily, everywhere that I go /
A mother holding her a baby not even 20 years old /
Because she loved a boy who lied to her, said that he would ride for her /

But when she learned about her new born, he left the side of her /
She has a child, she's happy but kinda upset /
Not knowin' if raisin' her baby will come wit some success /

She keeps her head up, & feet up on the ground /
She's surrounded by fam but feels like there's no one around /
Uh, it's such a tragedy /

Why do we have a lot of happy parents, but not happy families? /
Man it's really sad to see, life is a bolder up on their shoulders /
Cuz parents are getting younger while the kids are getting older /

You know how many teens are knocked up? Wowsers /
Yearly? It's usually 820,000 /
& not one of 'em make a sound, man /

They get clowned, damn, their judgments are all clouded in /
It makes me sick, yes /
Cuz instead of cashin' in money, they cashin' in WIC checks /

Tryin' to support the life they didn't try to have /
But over those 9 months they went from sad to glad /
Their life they have it back once they learn to appreciate it /

Then they begin to love the little life that they created /
Yeah, but listen to me don't be sad or be stressed /
Mad or depressed, be happy God has blessed you the best... Life /
