WORLD'S SO FAKE !

Two years ago,

In Chicago
I sat by a lake
Thought why is the world so fake??

Why do people pretend?
When everything in their life's gonna end?
Why do our dear and near ones

don't let us know their problems at once?
We say friends in need are friends indeed
but why don't we tell them when we are in need?

Had a sweet friend
her helping hand was always lent
We sat on the same bench

Always together had our lunch
Never did we take a single leave
Were always with each other on every special eve

It was Friday
and she hadn't come that day!
I wondered why?

she had told me a big lie
The next night her father came to my bed
informed me that she was dead!!

Years after now i understand
why didn't she tell me that!
She had no money to cure the cancer she had!
