Stars and bars in the rear window
Well she got no fear for the big V8's
Got a few rust holes, temporary plates

The guy next door has a Cadillac car
But I own this town with my Mopar


She's a two door hardtop, A-body shape
Playin' hillbilly boogie from an eight track tape
Got a Torqueflite box, it's a nine-o-four

Works all right with the pedal to the floor with the
Slant six


Ain't no Red Ram, just a little ol' slant
That's seen a few miles since she came from the plant
The street's wide open, the tank's full of fuel

A flash of the light and the Dart will rule with the
