I wake up to critics that critique my work for once I would like a life that didn't involve those guys they think that a life on the mic comes easy but their far from right in fact the light at the end of the tunnel is nonexistent it's nothing but a myth so fix the stories about the otherside because they live happily but in twenty years when they have STDs they won't be smiling in fact they suffering sure they got a lot of money but it's nothing when you sitting in a room and your life's demands are full and some call me a fool because I don't care about all the glamorous things that a rapper get like a Louis vuitton sweater but I just want a job off Craig's List and they say that the rich life's better well why do so many just persist that life is great when their depressed like a blind date I would like to welcome you to my life this is my life Now enough with the introductions this is just a sample I'm just constructing a build up but nothing I say will convince you enough I'm not like the other rappers when's the last time I've made a song about women or weed believe me when I say that I've taken the high road above you stupid beings after seeing so many life's conclude I can say one thing is true you drama queens acting like you've seen your heart broken I've had best friends move to different countries discriminated because of my race but that convinces me to get up and say that I don't care about the glamour that a rapper gets I just want a job off Craig's List and they say that the rich life is better well why do so many just persist that life is great when their depressed like a blind date I would like to welcome you to my life this is my life (2:43) I finally opened my eyes and realized that the critics were right but I never stopped I kept working and was able to reach my potential everybody thought I was just another rapper but I was able to separate myself because I was much better and rapped about stuff that was different like suicide victims and my heartfelt stories overall I can say that this has been a great journey but it's not over I've got ways to go and I will continue to grow because life goes on and once again I will $$#ure you that once again I will $$#ure you that I don't care about the glamour that a rapper gets I just want a job off Craig's List and they say that the rich life is better well why do so many just persist that life is great when their depressed like a blind date I would like to welcome you to my life this is my life
