Santa Claus is heading this way
A great big bag of toys loaded on his sleigh
Plenty of gifts both big and small

So many Christmas presents for one and all

But Christmas would be incomplete

Without my favorite Christmas treat
When I get home tonight and walk in the door

I'll want at least a dozen and probably more

Whether they are round or whether they are not

I'll eat them all up, I'll eat all that I've got

There's no reason not to believe
We'll have turkey and dressing on Christmas Eve

Pecan pies and pumpkin pies too
Maybe even some dishes totally new
