This song is my favourite song on the EP and it's about my relatives from 19th Century Oskarshamn, Sweden.
My grandmas grandma was the wife of a sailor who took with him his fourteen year old son on a trading ship on its way to England.

They never returned, presumed drowned in the cold waters of the North Sea on their way back.

My widowed relative claimed to recieve visitations from the ghost of her drowned husband and rumors said she had become a psychic.

In this song I've played with that thought and I imagined her talking to the spirit of the sea, represented by the ocean nymph which had taken her husband from her.
Of the ocean she asks that it should take her memories from her, as she finds them unbarable to live with.
