Terence Andrews. It has come to our attention that you have recently bought, and evicted the loyal tenants of Hotel Petaluma, a building which for decades has served as affordable housing for seniors, the disabled, and low-income residents of the town of Petaluma california.


We have also been informed that several of these tenants are now living on the street, or in homeless shelters, or have been forced to re-locate far outside of the town they have called home for so long. You have shown no remorse for this tragic situation, and have instead resorted to threatening the remaining tenants who have dared to stand up to you. You disregard the requests of the people and continue to operate for your own selfish gain. The only thing you care about is money, human life is of no consequence to you. You stand for greed, violence, and poverty. And it is for this reason that we stand in solidarity with the tenants of hotel petaluma.


Their will be no futher tallerance of such actions and blaten disregard for humanity. And demand that your refrain from such actions. futher more we demand that you Provide re-location $$#istance for each evicted tenant. Promptly return of all rental deposits. Allow tenants to stay who wish to stay. or give them a reasonable time frame to find a new place to live. provide tenants fair treatment and rights under the law. and refrane from any further miss use of the law exploitation of present or future tenants.



Failure to comply and or failure to reply to this message with a statement of compliance On or befor April 14th 2013 will be taken as A blaiten disregard for the people and their rights.and thus will result in the a public stand against your shallow and inhumain actions. heed this warning, do not under estimate the power of the people take action against tyrants such as yourself.



Citizens of petaluma california, we are all anonymous, everyone can take action and we need to stand together and say this is not ok. no one gets put out. we have the right to shelter, and we have the power to put an end to treatment such as this. This does not have to be the norm. We do not have to accept this. On april 14th 2013 take to the streets and stand up for your community.
