More than 24 billion of them in existence
There are more chickens

Than any other bird
Mostly because we eat their eggs and substance
They're often kept in cages

Too many in just one cage
They peck and claw because they're just so crowded
They need form their borders

Their stringent pecking order
And in these tiny cages they're not allowed it
