Vs 1. On the first day of Minecraft I wasn't really sold
But I chopped a tree with my bare hands. I was rugged I was bold.
I dug a hole into the ground as best as I was able,

But my life it changed that very night when I made a crafting table.

You can build yourself a wood pickaxe and dig up cobblestone.
You can build yourself a stone pickaxe and make yourself a home.
You can build yourself an iron pickaxe and mine 'til the sky turns red,

But don't stand at the door when the creepers come or you'll wake up in your bed.

Vs. 2. On the second day of Minecraft, I was really learning how.

I sheared a sheep, rode a pig, got milk straight from a cow.
I planted wheat, baked some bread, made friendly mobs a stable.
I baked a cake delicious and moist right on my crafting table.


Vs. 3 On the third day of Minecraft I headed for the mine.
I filled my pockets to the brim with treasures mighty fine.

There was coal and iron ore, diamonds too and gold in all its glory
But I dug straight down to a lava pool and I lost my inventory.


Vs. 4 On the fourth day of Minecraft I discovered Minecraft Wiki.
I learned to make railroad tracks and pistons that are sticky.
Then I learned about redstone wire and I followed the examples.

Now my wheat picks itself I collect it by the handfuls.

Vs. 5. On the fifth day of Minecraft I got tired of rainy weather

So I built an arch of obsidian and I headed for the nether.
I died eight times from fireballs it was a no fun expedition
'til I like Link played volleyball with a ghastly apparition.


Vs. 6. On the sixth day of Minecraft I was feelin' mighty proud
Thought I'd upload to YouTube to show off for the crowd.

But when I saw what others made I was feelin' pretty lame
My dirt house just ain't that cool so I quit playin' the game.
