Back up in high school, i was never the social type

People avoided me, unaccepted by every eye
So I, was all alone, I had nobody by my side
That would listen to me speak, they would deny me everytime

Til i found my consolation, Through a pencil and a pad
Thats when i knew, what to do, seized my future in my hands
I remember back in class i'd put every second on my rhymes

Writing lines on toppa lines while they be laughing on the side
They would, Tell me that i should wake up that im wasting all my time
Ima be a no one, a nothing, a screw up in life

But, even though they doubted me, telling me that i'll never be
I knew it was my destiny to keep pursuing what i dreamed
